Department of Labor (DOL) 41 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 60-2 requires an Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) for Females and Minorities and Individuals with Disabilities and Covered Veterans be created for establishments with: 1) contracts of $50,000 or more and 2) 50 or more employees.

UC Santa Barbara's AAPs cover the twelve-month period of November 1 through October 31.       • The Executive Vice Chancellor and the Vice Chancellors are delegated responsibility for the overall coordination of UC Santa Barbara's Equal Employment Opportunity Policy and Affirmative Action Personnel Program within their divisions. The Executive Vice Chancellor and Vice Chancellors are responsible for assuring that all appropriate actions are taken by all levels of management to achieve the campus' Equal Employment Opportunity objectives.
